What's New 2008

Holiday Caroling

Holiday Caroling

Monday, December 22nd - 6:00 PM - Starting at tbe Lennar Model Home

The big Holiday caroling event is quickly approaching!

Everyone is welcome to participate, and those that can't join us as we walk the neighborhood are welcome to come outside and enjoy the festive sounds of the season. Just don't blame me if it sounds different than the Bing Crosby CD that you're used to!

We will meet at the Lennar model home on Hunt Club Run at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22. Shannon Williams and the rest of the Lennar staff have generously offered to serve as the starting point for the evening, and they have also offered to serve the first refreshments of the evening.

We'll head out shortly after 6:00, heading down Hunt Club Run towards the neighborhood entrance and then coming back up White Tail Path. We'll head down Gator Track, where Will Oriani has offered his home as the second stopping point of the evening. We'll then return to Hunt Club Run, heading towards the newest part of the neighborhood. Our third stop will be along Hunt Club Run, and we'll end on Saint Hubert Way at the home of Melissa DiMaggio.

I'll be providing the music and a few other things, so all you need to provide is your families and friends. This is family friendly, so bring the kids and grandma. And regardless of whether or not you can join us, Merry Christmas to your families, and a Happy New Year.

Jim Byrne 1205 Palustrine Court

Alligator
Alert

Alligator Alert

Tuesday, April 29th...

While a family with little children played in their back yard on White Tail Path, an alligator climbed out of the small pond and nipped their dog on the leg. The dog is fine but all were understandably shaken by the incident.

The Nester Group was contact and will send out an alligator removal company.

Please be sure not to approach any alligators in the pond. Never allow children or dogs to swim in the ponds where alligators are present and absolutely, NEVER feed them!

Report incidents like these to the police and/or to The Nester Group at 763-4090.

POOL NOW OPEN - POOL KEYS are now available.

Be sure to get your pool key. The pool keys open the pool bathrooms and serve as your "pool pass" as a paying HOA member. The amenities are a privilege to use and should be treated as such. They are not duplicable and lost keys are $25. Briefly, the reason for keying the bathrooms is to eliminate the vandalism, etc. If you see someone abuse the area, please notify the management company.

Some of you have received them at the Oyster Roast or at the HOA meeting. You are eligible for pool key by paying your HOA fees CURRENT.

Contact Ken King 1219 Walleye Corner 843-568-3921 to arrange pickup of your key. Happy Spring!
