Pool and Playground Rules

  Dear Neighbor,

As Summer approaches fast, many of us will be taking advantage of our wonderful Hunt Club pool and playground more frequently. That being said, we wanted to remind everyone of the rules for those areas.

One important message we want to pass along is, the Hunt Club does NOT have a maintenance contract for the clean up of the pool deck and playground. In other words, please clean up after yourselves and your guests by disposing of trash and putting chairs and tables back where they belong.

POOL

Use of the pool is restricted to Hunt Club Residents and their guests only! Anyone using the pool must display their pool pass (no pass, click here). Children should not be left unattended in the pool area.Pool Rules

  1. Smoking

Please provide your own ashtrays for cigarette butts and discard them when exiting the pool. Planters are not to be used as ashtrays!

  2. Fountains

The pool fountains must remain on, at maximum strength, in order for the filters to properly work. Recently a resident pressured the cleaning crew to lower the fountain so his/her child could play in the shallow end. When the fountains were turned down, the filters stopped working properly causing the fountains to lower even more. The pool emptied by a foot causing a tremendous strain on the system and increasing our water bill to refill it. While we're not saying the design is the best, it is the design of the pool.

  3. Unattended Umbrellas
  4. Umbrellas

The new umbrellas look great. They were purchased by the HOA through a Metro-Tools (a homeowner's company) who has personally guaranteed their condition. If you break an umbrella, it is coming out of the homeowner's pocket. Please follow these simple instructions to ensure proper use.

    • After use, all umbrellas must be RETURNED to the umbrella holder, located near the restrooms.

    • Use an umbrella base and a table to hold it up. Turn the screw cap, on the base, to the right to secure the umbrella.

    • Do not leave the umbrella open if unattended.

  5. Broken Toys and Clothes
  6. Toys, Clothing, Trash

    • Food and ALL broken toys should be disposed of properly.

    • Cigarette butts should be extinguished in a can or cup and disposed of when it is safe to do so, and not left on the deck of the pool.

    • Clothes, shoes and any person items left behind will be thrown out.
