In addition, the B & G committee will be working to make sure landscaping and pond issues are addressed with the management of our HOA. Finally, the B & G committee will be responsible for Seasonal Decorations around the development. They are liaisons between homeowners and management regarding the property and its appearance. Advisory CommitteeGroup of homeowners from each phase volunteered at the first "big meeting" to work with the developer on issues concerning the neighborhood. Advisory Committee meetings are open to any homeowner; however a strict agenda is adhered to for each meeting. Any issues regarding the "business" of the development should be passed through a Phase representative. The Advisory Committee has no power to make any decision, however the ideas are passed to the President of the HOA. This will eventually be know as the HOA Board consisting of elected or appointed representatives.Click here to email the Advisory Committee!
